Benefit Blusherers, Dior Lipglosses,  and the odd Chanel Eyeliner has possibly sneaked its way into my vanity case over time. However my poor wallet can no longer afford to supply me money for luxuries that  dont make that much of a difference past the packaging.

And then I discovered  E.L.F.

The most amazing thing about E.L.F cosmetics,(Eyes, Lips, Face) is how incredibly cheap it is. Every product in the range costs £1.50 and they certainly  don’t compromise on quality.

Founded by the creator of Urban Decay, E.L.F  has a massive following across the pond  (where prices are $1). Low  overhead costs , little advertising and minimalist packaging means the consumer really only pays for the make up itself, which is nothing short of good quality ingredients.

In all honesty, E.L.F is good! It doesn’t have as much choice as American E.L.F, but it’s getting there, and if you join their mailing list, they offer yet more deals and offers. It really is good quality make-up, and absolutely perfect for us beauty credit crunchers!

Then came New Years Eve, and just as the bubbly kicked in, I found myself  sporting the biggest bad boy lashes in the East End.

They felt incredible to wear. Slightly heavy at first, but with the party in full swing, I found my eyes flirting and fluttering with everything they met.

Surprisingly, they are amazingly cheap. More than half the price of those found on the high street and twice as dramatic!… So here’s the bit where I bang on about Ebay again. All you need now is your dearest friend. Not only for help putting them on, but to convince you that you look Incredible… which you do!
